Volkswagen Cross Polo Spied again
Volkswagen is developing a new variant for Polo called the Cross Polo. Couple of weeks back Cross Polo was spotted testing in Pune. But the pictures didn’t reveal the car. Now Team-BHP spied the Cross Polo in all its beauty. Volkswagen Cross Polo is basically a Polo with little more body work to make it look as a rugged one. Changes for the Cross Polo are new front and rear bumpers, silver finish on the mirror, black body claddings, roof rail, new alloy wheels and Cross Polo Badges. Also Volkswagen will increase the ground clearance of Cross Polo.
Indian spec Cross Polo wont come with spare wheel mounted on the hatch lid. European spec Cross Polo has it. Skoda tried their hands on Fabia like this and comes out with Fabia Scout. Like Rolls Royce Fabia scout is one of the rarest cars to be spotted in Indian roads. Unlike the Fabia Scout which has a poor engine. Cross Polo Comes with powerful engine. Volkswagen Cross Polo is powered by 1.6 L TDI engine which makes 105 BHP of power and 250 Nm of torque. Frequent spotting suggest that Cross Polo is not away from the market launch. We can expect pricing little higher than the Polo.
